Ordinance No. 755 - Page Four <br />The conviction of a person, while an occupant of the licensed premises, <br />of a violation of any of the above described ordinances, state laws or <br />federal laws shall also be grounds for revocation of the license. The <br />violation of any condition of the license shall be grounds for revocation <br />of the license. <br />Sec. 4 -47. Existing Amusement Devices <br />Any person operating an amusement device within the City shall <br />comply with this ordinance within thirty (30) days of its effective <br />date. <br />Sec. 4 -48.
