Ordinance No. 755 - Page Four <br />The conviction of a person, while an occupant of the licensed premises, <br />of a violation of any of the above described ordinances, state laws or <br />federal laws shall also be grounds for revocation of the license. The <br />violation of any condition of the license shall be grounds for revocation <br />of the license. <br />Sec. 4 -47. Existing Amusement Devices <br />Any person operating an amusement device within the City shall <br />comply with this ordinance within thirty (30) days of its effective <br />date. <br />Sec. 4 -48. Exemptions <br />Bowling alleys and those estaYlishments licensed to serve intoxicating <br />liquor under Article IV of this Ccde and those establishments licensed <br />to serve intoxicating liquor -. 1nder the Club On -Sale Retail License are not <br />amusement centers as regulates by this ordinance. <br />All other licensing requirements shall pertain to the amusement <br />devices located upon the premises of said establishments. <br />INTRODUCED AND READ in full this 14th day of June, 1982. <br />PASSED by the Blaine City Council this 1 S+ day ofd_, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />/-Th. <br />/- 1 /y' / l�ti tOL <br />Joyce Twis-tol, City Clerk <br />Francis Fogerty, Ma <br />Published in the Blaine- Spring Lake.
