ADDITIONAL INVESTORS <br />Add North Park Heights State Bank as additional despoitary for investments. <br />Motion by 2nd by Ayes Nays. <br />4. ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS: <br />Permission to use " 1St Rate Funds" for investements <br />Present investements _ C.D. note $ 100,000.00 or more. ( 30 days or more.) <br />Fed. Repoe's $ 27,000.00 or more ( must be invest for 7 dys <br />( interest rate on the day of purchase) usual ?y B °g <br />" 1st rate funds" $ 3,000.00 or more <br />interest rate % of a percent lower then <br />repoe maximum $ 3,000.00 no day limit. <br />Motion to approve use of " 1st Rate Funds " <br />Motion by 2nd by Ayes <br />Nayes <br />5. Designating funds for purchase of Twin Lake Rd. Property. <br />Res. No. 82 -10 -534 authorized the purchase of the proper <br />Resolution is need to designate funds: <br />The Money will come from the General Fund - 1982 ContingencyFund.( $ 30,000.00) <br />Motion to authorize $ 30,000.00 from Contigency fund for purchase of property <br />Motion by 2nd by Ayes Nayes. <br />( contigency fund 1982= 68,000.00) <br />Y. <br />Motion should also indicate that the contingency fund will be refunded <br />when the property is sold. <br />6. Accumulation of Vacation: <br />The present unwritten policy is to ake your vacation during the calender year. <br />Permission is requested that the full time employees be allowed to accumulate <br />their vacation up to -6- weeks <br />Motion by <br />2nd by to accumulate vacation up to 6 -weeks <br />Ayes Nayes <br />
