CHLEB ECK, Clerk 515 Little Canada Road Little Canada, Minn. 55117 484 -2177 To Whom It May Concern: CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT RILEY'S GERVAIS LAKE 2nd ADDITION AND VARIANCE MAYOR Raymond Hanson COUNCIL Michael Fahey Beverly enure Dennis Forsberg Maps Nardine Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on the 23rd of June, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider the following: PROPOSAL: 1) Approve preliminary plat of the "Riley's Gervais Lake 2nd Addition" which consists of 4 lots and zoned single family residential (R -1) 2) Grant a variance on Lot 4 of the proposed addition to construct a dwelling with a 60 ft. width at the construction line. LOCATION: North East corner of Co. Rd. B -2 and Edgerton. LEGAL: The S 356 ft of Lot 2, Block 1, Riley's Gervais Lake Addition, except that part lying Ely of a line running N 18° - 25' East from a point on the South Line of said Lot 2, said point being 220 ft. East from the Southwest corner of said Lot 2, subject to a 15 ft. drainage easement the center line of which is described as follows: beginning at a point on the Center line of Edgerton distant 980 ft. North of the center line of Trunk Highway 36, - thence running NELY at a angle of 66° 24 ', with said center line of Edgerton to the lake.
