ORDINANCE NO. 188 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 912.040 OF THE ZONING CODE <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA BY <br />ADDING ELDERLY (SENIOR CITIZEN) HOUSING AS A <br />CONDITIONAL USE IN A "B -3 ", GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 912.040 of the Zoning Code of the Municipal Code of <br />the City of Little Canada is hereby amended, by adding Paragraph <br />B., to read as follows: <br />"B. Elderly (Senior Citizen) housing, subject to <br />the same conditions, as allowed in a "R -B ", Residential <br />Business District." <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1982. <br />Attest: <br />Joseph G.
