1982 REGULAR SESSION <br />Section 1 is effective the day followinit final enactment, <br />Approved March 22, 1982. <br />PROBATE — RECORDS <br />CHAPTER 592 <br />H.F.No. 1456 <br />Ch. 592 <br />t:; <br />An Act relating to probate; changing certain records- keeping <br />requirements; amending Minnesota Statutes 1980, Sections <br />488A.27, Subdivision 11; and 525.03; Laws 1979, Chapter <br />303, Article III, Section 43. <br />Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Minnesota: <br />Section L Minnesota Statutes 1980, Section 488A.27, Subdivision 11, is <br />amended to read: <br />.Subd. IL Prosecuting attorneys. Except where the county attorney is <br />specifically designated by law as the prosecutor for the particular violation <br />charged, the attorney of the municipality in which the violation is alleged to <br />have occurred shall have charge of the prosecution of all violations of <br />statutes, including. (moss misdemeanor violations, ordinances, charter provi- <br />sions, rules or regulations triable in this court and shall prepare complaints <br />for saial the violations. <br />Sec. 2.
