Eisenmengers Garden Lots, which lies Northwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 24 distant 50 feet East of the Northwest corner thereof; thence running Southwesterly to a point on the West line of said Lot 24 distant 50 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof and there terminating; containing .03 acres, more or less, together with all right of access, being the right of ingress to and egress from all that portion of the above - described lot, not acquired therein, to the above- described triangular piece; by Final Certificate in Condemnation Proceedings, dated November 2, 1964, and filed November 20, 1964, in Book 1938, page 901, File No. 1635969. • 4. Real estate taxes for 1981 and prior years are paid; taxes for 1982 in the amount of $2,511.80 (base tax $521.74) are unpaid and are assessed in Naegle, Inc. as nonhomestead, parcel 242/00, location 53- 25100. A special assessment search was provided with said Abstract and is enclosed herewith as Exhibit B. As that search does not show assessments certified to Ramsey County Auditor on land outside of the City of St. Paul, a special assessment search from the City of Little Canada should be provided for your information. The searches appended to the Abstract certify that there are no unsatisfied judgments, no undischarged state or federal tax liens, or bankruptcy proceedings appearing of record against the owner. There are certain matters which we cannot certify to, about which the purchaser of real property should always make an inquiry: Some of these may be indicated by inspection of the premises.
