<br />SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
<br />Know All Men By These Presents, that the following mortgage,
<br />as amended, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />and for the County of Ramsey, and now owned by the undersigned, a
<br />corporation existing under the laws.of the United States, is,
<br />with the indebtedness thereby secured, fully paid and satisfied:
<br />Statutory Mortgage And Assignment of Rents, dated
<br />December 31, 1973, Filed May 17, 1974, as Document
<br />Number 1882895, made and executed by Naegele Outdoor
<br />Advertising Company of the Twin Cities, Inc.,
<br />a Minnesota corporation, as Mortgagor, to The
<br />First National Bank of Saint Paul, a United States
<br />corporation, as Mortgagee.
<br />Agreement to Extend and Modify Mortgage and Mortgage
<br />Note, dated December 28, 1977, Filed February 24, 1978,
<br />as Document Number 1995254, made and executed
<br />by Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company of the
<br />Twin Cities, Inc., and by Naegele Properties,
<br />Inc., both Minnesota corporations, as Mortgagors,
<br />to The First National Bank of Saint Paul, a United
<br />States corporation, as Mortgagee.
<br />Supplemental Agreement to the Agreement to Extend
<br />and Modify Mortgage and Mortgage Note dated December
<br />28, 1977, Filed May 24, 1979, as Document Number
<br />2042179, made and executed by Naegele Outdoor
<br />Advertising Company of the Twin Cities, Inc. and
<br />by Naegele Properties, Inc., both Minnesota corporations,
<br />as Mortgagors, to The First National Bank of Saint
<br />Paul, a United States corporation, as Mortgagee.
<br />And the Register of Deeds of said County is hereby authorized and
<br />directed to discharge the same upon the record thereof,
<br />according to the statute in such case provided.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, The said Corporation has caused these
<br />presents to be executed in its corporate name by its Vice
<br />President and its Asst.Vice President and its corporate seal
<br />to be hereunto affixed this 1st day of February , 1982
