Lot 24 and the East 519 feet of Lot 23, J.F. <br />Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of County <br />Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; excepting <br />therefrom the South 180 feet of the West 125 feet of <br />the East 459 feet of said Lot 23; <br />Tract B.
