June 8, 1981 <br />RW00003384G <br />DESCRIPTION FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />That part of Tract A described below: <br />Tract A. Lot 24 and the East 519 feet of Lot 23, J.F. <br />Eisenmenger's Garden Lots, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of County <br />Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; excepting <br />therefrom the South 180 feet of the West 125 feet of <br />the East 459 feet of said Lot 23; <br />Tract B. That part of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, lying west <br />of the.westerly right of way line of the Soo Line <br />Railroad Company as now located and established and <br />southerly of the southerly right of way line of Trunk <br />Highway No. 36 as now located and established; <br />:which lies easterly of Line 1 described below: <br />Line 1. <br />Beginning at a point on a line run parallel with and <br />distant 33 feet north of the south line of said Section <br />7, distant 133 feet west of its intersection with the <br />north and south quarter line of said Section 7; thence <br />run northerly to a point on the south line of Rosedale <br />Avenue, distant 133 feet westerly of its intersection <br />with said north and south quarter line and there <br />terminating; <br />together with that part of Tract e hereinbefore described, which <br />lies westerly of the following described line: Beginning at the <br />point of termination of Line 1 described above; thence run east <br />on the south line of Rosedale Avenue and its easterly extension <br />to an intersection with the east line of Courtland Street; thence <br />deflect to the right at an angle of 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds and run southeasterly to an intersection with a line run <br />parallel with and distant 60 feet northwesterly of the <br />northwesterly right of way line of said Soo Line Railroad <br />Company; thence run southwesterly on said 60 foot parallel line <br />to its intersection with a line run parallel with and distant 33 <br />feet north of the south line of said Section 7; thence run west <br />on said 33 Eoot parallel line for 30 feet and there terminating; <br />containing 0.74 acre, more or less, in the unplatted portion, in <br />addition to Courtland Street; <br />Subject to the following restrictions: <br />No access shall be permitted to Trunk Highway No. 118, renumbered <br />36 from the lands herein conveyed. <br />46 <br />
