3. Every applicant for a building permit for a multiple dwelling <br />shall, at the time of submitting such application, pay to the City <br />a sum of money the total of which represents One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) <br />for each dwelling unit located in such multiple dwelling building. <br />4. Apartment units converted to condominiums shall be subject <br />to a park charge of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) at the time of <br />the conversion except that no charge shall be made if any park charges <br />were previously paid at the time of the original subdivision or <br />development. All such charges shall be payable at the time <br />application for conversion is made. All conversions are subject to <br />Council approval. Any rental units converted to condominiums on or <br />after November 28, 1979, shall be subject to the park charge unless <br />a park charge has already been paid. It is intended that this sub- <br />section be in accord with Council Resolution 79 -11 -537. <br />2101.060. SPECIAL FUND. Cash donations received pursuant to the <br />provisions of this Chapter shall be held in a special fund and used <br />only for the purposes of land acquisition, land development and <br />capital outlay for parks, playgrounds, public open space, storm water <br />holding pond areas and debt retirement in connection with land pre- <br />viously acquired for such public purposes. <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the Council of <br />the City of Little Canada this <br />day of , 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joseph G.
