Roger Glanzer, Joe Chlebeck <br />and myself inspected the surface of the lot and the swail. The <br />sub - surface material is made up of crushed blacktop and concrete <br />which is a very hard surface. <br />Since the Flameburger will be hauling fill from the lot east of the <br />parking lot, the finishing of the lot would create undue hardship <br />on the owner of the Flameburger. <br />Permission is granted to the Hoggsbreath to use the lot. However, <br />it shall be completed within two weeks of this date. A temporary <br />fence must be constructed between the Anderson property and the <br />parking lot. <br />Edward E.
