PAUL, MINNESOTA55102 <br />Please find enclosed copies of Ordinances amending the following <br />provisions of the Municipal Code: <br />1. An amendment of Section 1010.020(i) of the Platting <br />Code; <br />2. An amendment of Section 921.010. I. of the Zoning Code <br />(this is the same ordinance presented at the last <br />Council meeting which was numbered Ordinance No. 195); <br />3. An Ordinance amending Section 922.020. A. of the Zoning <br />Code and <br />4. An Ordinance amending Section 923.040. C. 4. h. of the <br />Zoning Code (this is the same ordinance that was presented <br />at the last Council meeting as Ordinance No. 197). <br />The above amendments provide that the list of property owners <br />within 350 feet shall be obtained from City records. Otherwise the <br />language of the above ordinances is the same as that which presently <br />appears in the respective sections of the Platting and Zoning Code. <br />Prior to adoption of the three ordinances amending the Zoning <br />Code, a public hearing must be held and at least four members of <br />the Council must vote in the affirmative to adopt the ordinances. <br />If anyone has any questions relative to this matter, please <br />contact the undersigned. <br />TMS:cjh <br />Enclosure <br />i9 <br />Yours very truly, <br />Thomas M.
