ORDINANCE NO. art <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 304.170 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />REQUIRING A PERMIT RELATIVE TO INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 304.170 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"304.170. PLUMBING AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS. No alterations <br />or additions in the existing plumbing in any building shall be made <br />nor shall any plumbing be placed in any building nor shall any <br />sewage disposal system be constructed without first securing a permit <br />therefor except minor repair work. Applications for a permit shall <br />be filed with the clerk or building inspector of the municipality. <br />In the event that an individual sewage disposal system must be opened <br />in order to remove its contents, a permit must first be secured from <br />the city. A fee of $5.00 shall be paid for the permit. The permit <br />is valid for 7 days immediately following its issuance." <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1982. <br />Attest: <br />Joseph G.
