813.070. Right of Scavenger to Enter Premises and Buildings <br />Under Direction of the City. A licensed scavenger may, under the <br />direction of the City, enter upon any premises between sunrise <br />and sunset for the purpose of examining an individual sewage <br />disposal system, and shall be permitted access to any and all <br />parts of any dwelling or building necessary for such examination <br />and cleaning of the system. <br />813.080. Revocation. The violation of any of the provisions <br />of this Chapter by a licensed scavenger is grounds for revocation <br />or suspension of the license." <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1982. <br />Attest: <br />Joseph G.
