ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 302.080 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />PROVIDING FOR A CERTIFIED BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />TO SERVE AS PLUMBING INSPECTOR <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 302.080 of the Municipal Code of the City of Little <br />Canada is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"302.080. QUALIFICATIONS. The person appointed to <br />the position of plumbing inspector shall be a building <br />official certified pursuant to Minn. Stat. Section <br />16.861, Subd. 3, as amended, or shall be a competent <br />plumber who shall have had at least 2 years experience <br />as a journeyman or master plumber in the practice of <br />his trade. He shall be well versed in approved methods <br />of plumbing construction, the statutes of the State of <br />Minnesota relating to plumbing work, and the Minnesota <br />Plumbing Code, as adopted by the Minnesota State Board <br />of Health, as amended." <br />Section 2. <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of Little <br />Canada this day of , 1982. <br />Attest: Raymond Hanson, Mayor <br />Joseph G.
