Chlebeck <br />Clerk, City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55117 <br />In reply please refer to: 319 <br />Traffic Signal <br />Agreement No. 60891 <br />S.P. 6214 -57 <br />TH 49(Rice St.) at CSAH 18(No. Owasso Blvd) - <br />Country Drive, in Little Canada and Shoreview <br />Ramsey County <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />Attached i5 a copy of an agreement between the State of Minnesota, <br />Department of Transportation, Ramsey County, and the City of Little <br />Canada, covering the cost, maintenance, and operation of a traffic <br />signal on T.H. 49(Rice St.) at CSAH 18(No. Owasso Blvd.)- Country Drive. <br />If this agreement meets with your approval, kindly present it to the <br />City Council for their approval and execution. The original copies of <br />this agreement have been sent to Ramsey County for their execution. We <br />will forward them to you after Ramsey County has fully executed the <br />agreement. <br />After the agreement has been executed by the proper State Officials, a <br />certified copy will be returned to you for your files. <br />Sincerely, <br />Douglas H.
