required to complete the work, except the cost of providing the <br />power supply to the service pole or pad shall constitute the actual <br />"Construction Cost" and shall be so referred to hereinafter. <br />3. The State with its own forces and equipment or by <br />contract shall remove the existing and install a new traffic <br />control signal with street lights in accordance with State Project <br />No. 6214 -57 on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice Street) at County State <br />Aid Highway 18 (North Owasso Boulevard) - Country Drive. <br />Participation in the Construction Cost is 50 percent State, 25 <br />percent County and 25 percent City. Estimated Construction Cost is <br />$50,791 which includes $10,000 for State force account work. <br />4. The State shall install or cause the installation of <br />overhead signing and shall maintain said signing all at no cost to <br />the City or County. <br />5. Upon execution of this agreement and a request in <br />writing by the State, the City and the County shall each advance to <br />,the State an amount equal to their share of the cost based on the <br />actual bid price plus the estimated cost for State force account <br />'work plus 6 percent of such amounts for the City's and the County's <br />share of the cost for Engineering and Inspection. <br />6.
