As we have discussed with you and with the City, <br />I have revised Page Two of this Agreement to provide that <br />one -third of the watermain assessment be assessed against <br />Lot 5, Block 3, Ryan Industrial Park. Would you please date <br />and sign the Agreement where indicated on the last page, and <br />have your signature and the signature of the other corporate <br />officers notarized. <br />You will also find enclosed a revised Waiver of Right <br />to Appeal, which must be signed by Mr. and Mrs. Stanke as <br />to Lot 1, Block 1, Ryan Industrial Park. This document has <br />also been revised to reflect the fact that only $3,000.00 <br />of the watermain assessment will be assessed against Lot 1, <br />Block 1. This document should be completed by Mr. and Mrs. <br />Stanke,and their signatures should also be notarized. <br />Also find enclosed the Waiver, which is to be executed <br />by the appropriate corporate officers of Peterson Maintenance <br />Corporation as to Lot 3, Block 1. Once again, the signers <br />of this Waiver should have their signatures notarized. <br />Would you then please return to us the completed Development <br />Contract and the Stanke and Peterson Waivers.
