WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL FROM SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF LITTLE CANADA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 81 -11 The undersigned, Peterson Maintenance Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, is the owner of a contract vendee's interest in the following described property, located in the City of Little Canada, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, which is described on Certificate of Title No. 283649, as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Ryan Industrial Park. The undersigned understands that A.J. Ryan Landscape Supply Company, Inc., has agreed that the estimated cost of a street im- provement, which is part of Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -11 is $17,000.00, one -third of which is to be assessed against Lot 3, Block 1, Ryan Industrial Park. The assessment shall be amortized over a 15 year term, pursuant to Minn. Stat. Chapter 429. The undersigned will receive Notice of a Special Assessment Hearing for Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -11 as to Lot 3, Block 1, Ryan Industrial Park, which hearing will be held by the Little Canada City Council in the fall of 1982, at Little Canada City Hall. The undersigned, and its successors and assigns, hereby stipulates and agrees that the special assessment of $5,667.00 against Lot 3, Block 1, Ryan Industrial Park, is reasonable and is based upon, and does not exceed the benefits received by the subject property by reason of Little Canada Improvement Project 81 -11. The undersigned, and its successors and assigns, hereby stipulates and agrees that the special assessment of $5,667.00 will be levied against the subject property, and will constitute a lien on the subject property, in accordance with Minn. Stat. Section 429.061. The undersigned, and its successors and assigns, hereby stipulates and agrees that any right to appeal from the special assessment of $5,667.00, pursuant to Minn. Stat.
