Office of:
JOSEPH G. CHLEBECK, Clerk
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, Minn. 55117
484 -2177
CITY OF LITTLE CANADA
RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA
June 4, 1982
MEMO:
TO: Joe Chlebeck
FROM: Tom Horwath
CONCERN: Brush Removal /Chipping for City of Little Canada
MAYOR
Raymond Hanson
On May 29, 1982 I spent five hours as an attendant at the City garage to
accept the brush for residents of Little Canada. The drop charge was
$1.50 per cubic yard. I collected a total of $42.00.
COUNCIL
Michael Fahey
Beverly Scalze
Dennis Forsberg
Mugs Nardini
At the end of the day I estimated the total amount of brush to be 60 yards.
Half of that amount was from the Fire Department which Roger Glanzer brought
down to the City Garage and dumped on the 28th of May. Thus, I took in
approximately 30 yards.
Precision Landscaping gave me a bid of $3.50 cu /yd. to haul the brush. For
60 yards then, their bill would have been $210.00. The bill from Jerry's
Tree Service was $121.50.
40
