Carley and Associates
April 21, 1982
Page Two
J. J. Lunders, owner of Lot 6, Block 1, at 3031 Payne Avenue
refuses to sign the easement and outlined his concerns in a
letter dated 11/9/81, a copy of which is enclosed for your
review. Again, your investigation would seem appropriate
with a recommendation to the City.
We have had several comments from individuals indicating that
the drainage ditch as actually installed appears to lie to
the east of the drainage easement granted, but at the present
time this fact does not seem to be an impediment to those folks
in signing easements on behalf of the City.
It is our intention to continue to maintain contact with those
individuals who have expressed no specific objections to the
easement but have not yet delivered them to us and we would
hope that at least as to those individuals, the easements could
be finalized in a very short time.
We trust that you or one of your staff can look into the problems
raised above directly, and look forward to hearing from you at
your earliest convenience.
Sincerely yours,
SWEENEY, O'CONNOR & LeMAY
John H.
