Dear Sir:
The pending road improvements will remove seven feet of current
frontage from this site. We have revised our parking layout to
reflect this property loss and request the City's approval of
these changes.
Three plans are enclosed for your review with specific consider-
ation of the following:
1) Parking layout: The net loss after road construction
would be only 1 space (38 vs. 37).
2) Pole Sign: That the existing sign shall remain
as is.
I would appreciate a response as soon as possible as a real - estate
negotiation is in process.

Canada was held on the 2nd day of September, 1076, at 5:06) P.N. at
51i L.<tt.le Canada Road in said City.
The following members were present: Peter Costa, Virginia Fisher, Margret
Mitch ell, Jack Radford, Eugene Del.,onois, Earl Rosser, Ralph Nardini, Dick
Boss III, Eugene Fasciana.
The following members were absent: Joseph Vitale Jr., Dennis Ryan
Minutes of the August meeting were approved as read with correction.

The area will be left as is. No cars will be in front.
Fifteen cars will be the maximum to be shown. The __:use
will be used as an office. No banners or flags. Tne
parking lot will be upgraded with lime rock.
Land is zoned properly.
A sign about 4 x 4 will be in a front corner.
Employees will be two salesmen and Mr. Murphy.
Late model ears will be sold.
Mr. Murphy ias contacted the neighbors and all are in
favor.
Virginia Fisher made a motion to accept the classified
District on Rice Street.

Eugene Delionais made a motion that the Planning Commission
would like the Clerk. to furnish more information before
the Meeting or the people presenting the proposals.

RESOLUTION NO. 76-9- 213.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A
USED CAR SALES LICENSE TO
CLASSIC DISTRIBUTORS INC.
WHEREAS: Mr. Joseph Murphy of, Classic Distributors Inc.,
appeared before the Council requesting the issuance of a,
Used Car Sales , license. And,
WHEREAS: The following documents were presented:
Site Plan , marked clerk's exhibit no. 532.
A petition,from property owners within 300 ft
of the proposed site, indicating that they do
not object.,marked clerk's exhibit no. 533.
A l Ater of intent, marked clerk's exhibit no. 534.
AND
WHEREAS: The Planning Commission has recommended
the approval of such business as indicated in their
minutes of Sept. -2- 1976.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA.
That pursuant to sec. 803 of the
Municipal Code ,issuance of a license
is hereby granted to, Classic Distibutors
Inc., for the sale of used cars on the
location as indicated in the site plan
marked clerk's exhibit no. 532.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Hanson.
The following voted infavor thereof.

R E S O L U T I O N
At a meeting of the City Council of the City of Little Canada , held on the
day of , 19 82 , the following Resolution was offered by

WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans,
special provisions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 126
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 49 , within the corporate limits of the City of
Little Canada , from the Dumont Ave.
to T.H. 694
and seeks the approval thereof:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special provisions for the improvement of said
Trunk Highway within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including
the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in
grade occasioned by said construction;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree to require the parking of all vehicles,
if such parking is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk Highway,
to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks
on all public streets intersecting said trunk highway.
Upon the call of the roll, the following council members voted in favor of the Resolution:
