In order to qualify, a person must be receiving social secur- ity and /or disability insurance and be heads of households. Newport: •By ordinance, the council has provided that qual- ified elderly utilities customers will pay a reduced sewer rental charge. In order to qualify, a person must be a head of - household in a private resi- dence, be at least 65 years old, and be retired and living on a fixed income. (■'13 Refuse Frazee: Qualified senior citi- zens will receive a $2 reduction on garbage bills.
