PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 APR 7 1982 CITY OF LITTLE CANADA I wish to summarize the status of the execution of the above described easement for consideration by the Council at their meeting of April 14, 1982. On April 2, 1982, I met at City Hall with John Vitale, Fran Husnik, Don Carley, Ewald Biese, and yourself, in an attempt to resolve this matter. Two questions were raised by the owners of the mobile home park: (1) Whether the new access road has to be constructed in accordance with city specifications; and (2) Whether the city will provide, at no cost to the park owners, the drainage pipe that must be in- stalled in the new road. The first question was resolved by clarifying the language to require that the additional road constructed by the park owners would be comparable to other roads within the park. However, the second question presents a matter that should be resolved by the Council. My understanding of the conversations at our meeting was that the location of the road that would affect Ruth Breeding would require drainage pipe costing approximately $16,000, and the location of the road at the southwest corner of the park would require drainage pipe costing approximately $9,000. I anticipate that the engineers will provide more specific information relative to the cost of these specific projects.
