PAUL, MINNESOTA 55102 MAR 29 12/' CITY OF LITTLE CANADA Re: Agreement Between North Star Estates and City of Little Canada Our File No. 4633 Dear Joe: As I advised the Council on March 24, relative to the above - captioned matter was Husnik for review and signature. On March telephone raised two questions relating to Agreement: 1982, the Agreement forwarded to Mr. 25, 14r. Husnik by the execution of the (1) A question about placement of an additional drainage piping, supposedly agreed to by the City; (2) The construction of the additional road in accordance with the specifications of existing roads within the mobile home park, rather than in compliance with the more strict city specifications relative to city streets. I discussed both of these questions with Don Carley on March 25th, and concluded, at least as to the road question, that the City intended that the additional access road be constructed in the same manner as other roads within the mobile home park. At this time, I anticipated making the necessary revisions to the Agreement and forwarding the same to Mr. Husnik for signature. However, on March 26th, John Vitale, one of the owners of the park, informed me by telephone that the owners of the park would not sign any agreement until certain questions relating to the cost and installation of a temporary road, which could also serve as the permanent entrance road were resolved at a meeting of all the concerned parties.
