rage 4 - ral;auny Commission Regular Meeting - February 5, 1981 <br />CAN A DUPLEX BE RECLASSIFIED TO A CONDOMINIUM? <br />Evidently this question has been raised and the Planning Commission has <br />been asked for their opinion. Brad Nielsen stated that under the ordinance <br />a duplex cannot be split, so the.owner wants the duplex classified as <br />a condo so that he can split ownership on the building. <br />Mr. Ray Hanson stressed that this is a legal matter and should be addressed <br />by the City Attorney. <br />TAX FORFIETED LANDS <br />the Planning Commission still does not have enough information on this <br />matter to deal with it. <br />Motion to table matter until further information is made available to <br />the Planning Commission was made by Sharon Timmons. Seconded by Myers <br />Frattalone. . <br />Motion carried: 7 -0 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion to adjourn made by Tom Ducharme.
