Oa1.23 <br />October 22,1981 <br />North Star Estates <br />P.O.Box 2386 <br />No. St. Paul, Mn. 55109 <br />Clayton Parks, Jr. <br />1590 White Bear Ave. <br />St. Paul , Mn. 55106 <br />Dear Mr. Parks: <br />Pursuant to our telephone conversation of October 2.0,1981, <br />I have examined the problem of a second entrance to North <br />Star Estates Park and will put in a bituminous surfaced street <br />from Big Circle Drive to South Owasso Blvd. with the under- <br />standing that the City of Little Canada will extend the storm <br />sewer culvert on county ditch #16 to provide enough width:: <br />to South Owasso Blvd. as a second entrance. <br />If and when completed, we request the City of Little Canada <br />to also erect street lighting at that entrance. <br />The above mentioned second entrance will be completed when <br />the first home site becomes available and we can move the <br />home located at #119 to the open site. <br />S'ncerely <br />Francis Husnik <br />n <br />
