NOW, THEREFORE, It le Inul.ual.ly agreed by and between the parties hereto as I'ol lows Worth Star will construct an additional entrance road into the North Star Estates mobile home park at the location where Lot 119 now is located as soon AO the mobile home on sa ld lot, owned by Ruth Breeding, has been relocated to another site in the park or removed altogether from the park. 2. The contLineiion of said entrance road shall he in compliance with plans and specifications of the City engineers, and the entire cost thereof shall he borne by North Star, including the costa of crossing the County ditch. 3. North Star agrees that it will make available to Ruth Breeding the first home site to become vacant and available within the park in order to effectuate the relocation of her mobile home. 4. North Star agrees to pay aLl the coats incurred by Ruth Breeding in the relocation of her mnbi to home, and that certain letter from North Star to Ruth (reeding offering to pay sa1d roots shall be incorporated to this Agreement and become a part hereof. The right of way will be where your home is now located. This letter will serve as a notice that if and when a home is moved out of North Star Estates, we will relocate your home to the empty lot at our expense and by a bonded mover. If and when completed, we request the City of Little Canada to also erect street lighting at that entrance. The above mentioned second entrance will be completed when the first home site becomes available and we can move the home located at #119 to the open site. Please he advised that when I Picked out the lot for my mobile home there was no mention to me that a road would go thru the lot. There were many others (lots) I could have chosen just west of this location. Don't you check out the plans of the builder of ' lots such as this? I lust went by the drawing. The pine Little Canada dropped in that ditch between 117 and 119 is too short and will have to be removed in order to have a wide enough road. Another mis -truth was told at the meeting and that there was extra footage between 117 and 119. In truth the extra footage is between 118 and 120 and 31 and 33(Little Canada, if you would look at the drawing. A •G!' - There are continuous remarks about my having received a 90 day notice letter. This I have not seen. You remarked only 8 people sicxned the objection of that particular location of a road - meaning lot 119. THESE People were of the ' very immediate area of 117 and 119, plus the caretaker. A day care center is located at 121 Dig Circle. There are tie downs which were put on the M.H. after the delivery by a many in Coon Rapids. please he reminded that storms come Monday thru Friday. How about. the day care sitters who have kids of their plus the others they sit for and these mothers do not drive a car and if they do then they will have no car at their disposal. The father might have the - only car for transportation'. • Be advised there is a law suit regarding the position of the mobile home at 119 and additional equipment. The occupant Ruth L. Why would I have ever, having the enclosed plan in my hands in 1975, have Picked a lot that 1 would eventually have to move from when there were Plenty others to nick from at that Point and time. when the new road was nut in hetween Rice and Country Drive there were three aprons put in for entrance to Park - sure one is hetween 117 and 119 and the other two at the South- west corner and the South -east corner.
