MAY 1, 1969 STATE AID MANUAL FIG. A 5- 892.101 (MUNICIPAL) RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING (COUNTY) STATE AID HIGHWAYS (Village -City Council) (City - Village) WHEREAS, it appears to the (County Board) of the (County) of Little Canada (street) that the (road) hereinafter described should be designated a (Municipal State Aid Street) (County State Aid Highway) under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162: (City - Village Council) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the (County Board) of the County of that the road described as follows, to -wit: De Soto from La Bore Rd. to Co. Rd. D and Co. Rd. D from DeSoto to Edgerton. (Description) (Municipal) (Street) be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a (County) State Aid (Highway) (City - Village) of said (County), subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. (City - Village Clerk) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the (County Auditor) is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road (Municipal) or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a (County) (Street) (City - Village) State Aid (Highway) of the (County) of Little Canada , to be numbered (Municipal) (Street) and known as (County) State Aid (Highway) 106 ADOPTED , 19 ATTEST: County Auditor (City) (Village) Clerk (Chairman of County Board) (Mayor) CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly (City - Village Council) (Village -City) passed, adopted and approved by the (County Board) of said (County) on , 19 (County Auditor) (Clerk) (City - Village) (SEAL) (County) of Note: This form may be used for tumback projects.
