Seventh Avenue <br />North St. Paul, MN 55109 <br />(612) 777 -8800 <br />January 11, 1982 <br />This letter follows our telephone conversation about <br />publishing proceedings for the City of Little Canada. <br />If Lillie Suburban Newspapers were awarded the <br />designation as legal newspaper for the City of Little <br />Canada, the Maplewood Review should receive the designation. <br />The legals and proceedings of Little Canada would also be <br />published in the Roseville Review. The Roseville Review is <br />circulated to all residences in Little Canada on a free, <br />non -pay basis. The Maplewood Review is sent only to <br />subscribers. <br />As noted in our conversation, any legal published in <br />any given newspaper in the state would cost the same total <br />in dollars and cents, even though the rate per line does <br />differ from newspaper to newspaper. The total would be the <br />same because the State Printer has adjusted the rates of <br />all newspapers so that the cost of printing would be <br />equalized. <br />Lillie Suburban Newspapers would offer a discount <br />for the publication of proceedings only. Other notices <br />would be charged at the regular legal rate established by <br />the Minnesota State Legislature.
