Little Canada Rd. <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55109 <br />Dear Mr. Chlebeck: <br />985 Ruth Street St. Paul, Minnesota 55119 <br />December 30, 1981 <br />The Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed District has received a <br />request from a neighboring watershed district to modify our political <br />boundaries to more closely coincide with the actual hydrologic <br />boundaries of the district. The Ramsey - Washington Metro Watershed <br />District would like to simultaneously address other inconsistencies <br />between our political and hydrologic boundaries. <br />I have attached a map indicating the land within your city <br />that currently drains to areas within our watershed, but is currently <br />outside our jurisdiction to plan for or regulate. The Ramsey - <br />Washington Metro Watershed District Board of Managers would like <br />you to consider whether you would agree to a boundary change to more <br />closely approximate our drainage divide. <br />The Board of Managers respectfully requests that you consider <br />the expansion of our political boundaries and contact me at your <br />convenience. This is not a request for official city council <br />action at this time, but rather a request for your opinions on <br />the issue. If you or others within your city have any questions <br />or concerns feel free to call me at 739 -0360.
