I believe that this <br />agreement is well worth your consideration. <br />I am sure that you are aware of the high cost of labor today. <br />Our rates are $ 41 on per hour plus 28 per mile portal to <br />portal with a minimum of one hour charge. The best way to insure <br />against expensive repair calls is to place your machine under <br />our comprehensive maintenance plan. Our Maintenance Agreement <br />includes unlimited service calls, labor, travel time, mileage, <br />and all parts, except ink rollers, ribbons, paper tape, moiste- <br />ning brushes, rubber parts, and rate changes. <br />The cost shown on the enclosed Agreement will cover your system <br />for one year during our normal working hours. No need to put <br />off warranted inspections or needed repairs. <br />To put your FRIDEN Mailing Equipment under a Maintenance Agree- <br />ment, simply sign the enclosed form and return to us, retaining <br />the "Customer Copy" for your permanent records. <br />Sincerel <br />William E.
