Black, City Planner <br />Dear Mr. Black; <br />The City Planner, Mr. William Short, City Planning and Zoning Board <br />and City Council have reviewed the Shoreview Comprehensive Plan and <br />have approved it with just one comment. <br />There appears to be no major conflicts with the Lino Lakes Compre- <br />hensive Plan. However, Shoreview's Sewer Chapter is incomplete <br />at this time as it includes only a map of existing and proposed <br />trunk lines without any description of timing. The Shoreview <br />Planner has expressed the understanding that there is still some <br />capacity within the trunk lines for flow from Lino Lakes. Also <br />Shoreview's Plan does not indicate any joint use between Shore- <br />view and Lino Lakes for providing sewer service to the 49 Club <br />area. Lino lakes is still interested in utilizing capacity from <br />the interceptors and trunks located in Shoreview and therefore, <br />requests the opportunity to review Shoreview's Sewer Policy <br />Plan when it is completed. <br />If you have any questions regarding this comment, please contact <br />me at 464 -5562. <br />Respectfully, <br />&al fic-a---J2-. <br />Randall B.
