U48 Little Canada Project - 301 -75 -7 Removal of Diseased Trees Centlement The undersigned having familiarized 11y.t tac with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work and the Contract Documents, including Advertisment for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Performance and Payment Bond requirements, Bid Proposal Farms, Specifications, Plans and the Form of Agreement as on file in the Bid Proposal Forms, Specifications, Plans and the Form of Agreement as on file in-the City Offices, hereby proposes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, material, and the skill necessary to the completion of The Project 501 -75 -7 in Little Canada, Minnesota all in accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared by the City for the unit prices as sat forth hereinafter and in accordance with the Specifications and Special Provisions as provided.
