MI;'UTEE
City Council
December 9, 1981
Mrs. Nardini felt that a 6 month review should be placed on this matter.
Mr. Fahey commented that the written agreement could include a stipulation
that the next home that goes up for sale could be required to be removed
from the park. Mr. Husnick stated that under the law he could not do
this.
Mr. Fahey suggested that the Attorney could investigate this and find
out if there is a legal way to do it.
Mrs. Scalze again stated her position that she was in favor of the road
'going in one of the predesignated locations.
Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 -12 -685 - DEFERRING CONSTRUCTION OF THE
EXIT FROM THE NORTH STAR ESTATES TRAILER COURT TO SOUTH
OWASSO AT THIS TIME CONTINGENT UPON MR. Mr. Parks also .
stated that all Mr. Husnick's partners would have to sign the agreement.
Mr. Hanson also stated that it was the intent of the Council that this
matter not drag on. Mr. Fahey stated that the residents of the park could
advise the Council if a vacancy became open on the court.
The City Clerk stated that a hearing has been set for the 23rd of December
on the improvement of this road. It is recommended that the hearing be
cancelled, until such-time as the lot becomes vacant and a road can be
put in.
Page -8 fl7
