Approve a subdivision (plat). <br />PURPOSE. Construction of Little Canada Moll shopping center <br />(building 40,000 sq ft) <br />PROPOSAL: <br />PROPOSAL: <br />LOCATION: <br />Legal: <br />Grant a variance to construct -two- pylon signs. <br />Grant a variance for multi -signs on premises. <br />400 ft East of Rice St. and between Minnesota St. and <br />Viking Dr. <br />Lots- 36- 49 -50 -51 and East 122 ft of lots-1-2-3- and -4- <br />J.F.
