CITY OF LITTLE CANADA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Little Canada,Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the,24th day of February, 1982,at 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at, 515 Little Canada Road in said City to consider the following. A proposal of Viking Partnership,a Minnesota general partnership, that the City assist in financing a project hereinafter described by the insuance of industrial development revenue bonds. PROJECT Land acquistion,site preparation and construction of a multi- tenant retail facility of between 30,000 and 40,000 square feet to be located on Minnesota Ave,East of Rice St. in the City of Little Canada,minnesota. The estimated principal amount of bonds or other obligations to be issued to finance this project is $ 1,500,000.00. Said bonds or other obligations if and when issued will NOT constitute a charge, lein or encumbrance upon any property of the City except the project and such bonds or obligations will not be a charge against the City's general credit or taxing powers but are payable from sums to be paid by Viking Partnership pursuant to a revenue agreement. A draft copy of the proposed application to the Commissioner of Energy,Planning and development,State of Minnesota, for approval of the project,together with all at- tachments and exhibits thereto, is available for public review beginning , Feb. -8 -1982, during normal business hours, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.,Monday thru Friday at the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Rd.
