Additionally, this facility will connect to the City's <br />existing lateral systems as well as to the City's trunk systems. These fees are <br />calculated based upon the previous data, plus the following assumptions: <br />1. Estimated front footage of property - 120 feet <br />2. Equivalent SAC Units - 2 units <br />3. Estimated fair market value of completed <br />facility - $200,000 <br />4. Assessed value of completed facility (fair market <br />value @ 43 %) - $86,000 <br />ESTIMATED FEE CALCULATIONS - Dental Office Facility <br />Sanitary <br />Sewer Water <br />Description System System <br />1.
