PARK COMMISSION <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />515 Little Canada Rd. <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />November 17, 1983 <br />The regular meeting of the Park Commission of the City of Little Canada <br />was held on the 17th day of November, 1983. <br />The following members were present: Jim Morelan, Lois Runyon, Nick Kent, <br />and Carl Spooner. <br />A motion was made by Lois Runyon and seconded by Nick Kent that the tax <br />forfeited land on Greenbrier be paid for out of parkland dedication funds <br />in the amount of $3,336.00. <br />Motion passed. <br />Jim Morelan will start to approach the School District for trail access <br />to Gervais Mill, behind Little Canada School. <br />Jim Morelan moved that the City collect the park charge of $3,625.00 on <br />the Gervais Creek Office Building (Old Little Canada School). <br />Lois Runyon seconded. <br />Motion passed. <br />Could we get from Lance O'Banion a letter from Paul Borg on re- spacing <br />posts in the park by the Canadian Days' Committee. <br />The next meeting will be on December 15th at 7:30 p.m. <br />Jim Morelan will attend the Nov. 22 Council Meeting with Bill Sanders <br />regarding park plans. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Lois Runyon <br />Secretary <br />Park Commission <br />LR :hj <br />1 <br />3 n. <br />
