October 31, 1983
Ramsey County
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
3377 North Mice Street
Saint Paul, Minnesota 55112
(612) 484 -9104
Mr. Alan Brixius
Midwest Associated Consultants, Inc.
4820 Minnetonka Boulevard
Suite 420
Minneapolis, Minnesota 55416
/Proposed Development
County Road C and Stark Street
Divisions of:
Engineering
Maintenance
Mobile Equipment
Environmental Services
The proposed development at the above referenced location proposes a driveway on
County Road C which is under the jurisdiction of' Ramsey County Public Works. The
location shown is in accordance with the standards and guidelines recommended by this
department and therefore when the plan is submitted for authorization to construct
the entrance as shown and provided all other requirements are met, the entrance should
be approved.
As an additional recommendation, I urge you to consider the construction of an internal
circulation system that could allow full utilization of the parking area provided for all
residents of the development. This recommendation is a local issue and therefore for
development of this nature would not have a bearing on approval of the entrance
constructi on.
Thank you for the opportunity to review the proposed plan. As the plan developes,
Ramsey County will require that you request an entrance authorization through the
permit process prior to construction.
If I can be of further assistance, please call.
am/
Paul Kirkwold, P E.
Traffic and Planning Engineer
PK:m
EXHIBIT E
LETTER FROM COUNTY ENGINEER
