All our present lights will be changed over to high pressure sodiums at no extra cost to the City. The State has an agreement with the City that the maintenance on all street lights installed with stop & go lights in Little Canada is the responsibility of Little Canada. There are 14 street lights that the City has to maintain with a replacement cost of about $2,000.00 each. We had one knocked down in August in front of the Venetian Inn. The cost to repair the light was $690.00. We were able to use the old pole.
