NORTHWEST ASSOCIATED CONSULTANTS INC. <br />October 27, 1983 i's;, <br />Mr. James Stellick <br />The Market Place Shopping Center <br />2900 Rice Street <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA <br />RE: Market Place - Conditional Use Permit - Planned Unit Development <br />File No: 758.09 - 83.46 <br />Dear Mr. Stellick: <br />As discussed at our brief meeting at the City offices on this date, I <br />believe it advisable for you to formulate a proposed directional and safety <br />signing system for the drive and parking area for the Market Place Center. <br />This should be done on a scaled plan and the signing precisely defined <br />in terms of type and location. Once you have your initial ideas put <br />down on paper, I am available to meet with you to discuss the proposal <br />which is one of the requirements of the City Council's initial approval <br />of your parking improvement. <br />It would be advantageous to have this plan available for review during the <br />early part of the week of 31 October. The Planning Commission, whose <br />meeting is on 3 November, will undoubtedly be interested in the concepts <br />which you have and you should be present to explain. Our office will <br />also have to have our report on your conditional use permit application <br />completed by the night of 3 November in order to make the Council meeting <br />packets for their 9 November meeting and public hearing.. <br />A simultaneous requirement which you should be pursuing is the review of <br />the drainage as created by the new parking spaces by the City Engineer. <br />Mr. Carley's approval is required in writing and as a result, I would <br />urge that you meet with him or provide him with plans as soon as possible. <br />Please contact me should you have questions.
