City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance No. 742 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1201, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, BY REPEALING CHAPTER <br />1201.020, INDECENT EXPOSURE, IN ITS ENTIRELY <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 1201,020. INDECENT EXPOSURE. is hereby repealed in its entirety: <br />1201.020. INDECENT EXPOSURE. Any person or persons who shall appear in any street or <br />public place in said City in a state of nudity, or in a dress not belonging to his or her sex, or in any <br />indecent or lewd dress, or shall make any indecent exposure of his or her person, or be guilty of <br />any obscene or filthy act, or of any lewd, indecent, immoral or insulting conduct, language or <br />behavior, or shall exhibit, sell or offer to sell, any indecent or lewd hook, picture or other thing or <br />shall exhibit or perform any indecent, immoral or lewd play or other representation, shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publication. <br />A 1 1 EST: <br />Joel Hanson, Administrator <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Adopted the 12th day of June, 2013. <br />William Blesener, Mayor <br />2 <br />
