MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 2006 <br />Dan Seiner, 350 Rose Lane, noted that the boulevards have not begun to <br />re-establish and pointed ouCChatthere are footprints on some of the <br />boulevards. The City Engineer replied that these areas will be repaired in <br />the spring, and will be top-dressed if needed. The Engineer noted Chat the <br />rain water gardens will be planted next Wednesday. <br />Seiner reported that he has foot prints in a portion of his concrete <br />driveway apron. He felt that the concrete was not protected adequately <br />during the curing process. The City Engineer indicated that he will look at <br />the concrete to determine if a repair can be made. <br />There was no one else present wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006-70-249 -ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT <br />TOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2006-07 AND 2006-04, MORRISON <br />STREET AND ROSE LANE, AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Allan. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-IO-249A -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
