Please find a copy of the completed form <br />attached. <br />The following criteria were used in determining the LEVELS: <br />Levels IA and IB - reserved for those water resources which are considered <br />"protected waters" by the DNR Shoreland Regulations. <br />Levels IIA and IIB - includes major collecting basins. Basins which <br />collect runoff from major highways were included. <br />Levels IIIA and IIIB - includes those areas immediately adjacent or <br />attached to Level I areas. Some significant individual basins not <br />included in the DNR "protected" classification are also listed. <br />Level IV - includes those resources tributary to Level II and Level III <br />areas. Also includes less significant tributaries to Level I basins. <br />The criteria for RANKING was split into three categories. A ranking of 1 -4 <br />would suggest that alteration (i.e. development) has strong potential or is <br />already in progress.
