II • • • 1 11. <br />would indicate we should try and finalise a position and recommendation on <br />the subject at the August meeting or at the very latest, in September <br />You have been supplied with background material on various ordinances <br />which have been enacted in other communities. From the guidelines already <br />suggested by the City Council, we will assemble a proposed text for the <br />ordinance.
