If <br />any districts of the above mentioned communities, are shown <br />to be 'excessive but have an infiltration rate of less than <br />3000 gpdim additional justification will be needed to <br />substantiate the excessive nature of the district. The <br />additional justification shall show both quantitatively and <br />qualitatively why it is necessary to rehabilitate that <br />district even though the infiltration rate is less than <br />3000 gpdim. <br />5. The Brooklyn Park and Little Canada I/I analyses were not <br />discussed at our May 18, 1983 meeting.
