ORDINANCE N0. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 901, BEING AN AMENDMENT OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA. THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 901 is hereby amended to allow a change in the zoning neap. The following described property is hereby rezoned from "R -3 ", High Density Residential to "R -2 ", Medium Density Residential District: That part of the north 517.44 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 29 North, Range 22 west of the Fourth Principal Meridan lying easterly of the westerly 325.00 feet thereof and lying westerly -of the westerly boundary of Round Lake Addition No. 2 according to the plat on file in the Office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Section 2. That Ordinance No. 901 is hereby amended to allow a change in the zoning map. The following described is hereby rezoned from "R -1 ", Single Fancily Residential, to "R -2 ", Medium Density Residential District: - That part of the west 164.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter lying northerly of the southerly 893.00 feet thereof. Together with the east 161.00 feet of the west 325.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, all in Section 6, Township 2.9 North, Range 22 West of the Fourth Principal Meridian. Section 3. The zoning map of the City of Little Canada shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning neap on file in the Clerk's office for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this Ordinance and all of the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Ordinance.
