Chlebeck, Clerk
Dear Sir:
We are writing in regards to the landscaping work that was
done in front of our home after the completion of the water
main installation (watermain imp. 81- 6- Demont). We are
located at 65 Demont Avenue West.
We are dissatisfied with the work that was done because of
the following:
1. The driveway entrance was not graded and blacktopped
properly as rain has continuously washed away the
dirt and sod around the culvert.
2. The grading around the culvert was too steep and
narrow to mow with the lawn mower.
3. In other places, the grading was such that water from
the street drained into the ditch and gravel has built
up on the grass making it impossible to mow.
L. There is now so much water that flows through the
ditch during and after a rain that it has backed
up onto the lawn as far as 50 feet from the street
towards our home.
We are enclosing some photographs as examples of the above concerns
we have.
WEND).
CFP 2 1983
CITY OF
LITTLE CANADA
o
Yours truly,
Mrs. Hazel N.
