Since there were some time pressures, we paid <br />for the second half out of closing proceeds. <br />Accordingly, please remit $2967.24 which is the tax for the <br />full year( we had already paid the first half). <br />I have attached a plat showing the actual tax parcel, which <br />shows that, while it is not exact, what you are paying on is <br />roughly equivalent to the actual parcel that was conveyed. <br />John Lemay can confirm this. <br />Thank you. <br />James P.
