The area under consideration is along County Road B <br />between Rice Street and your pumping station near the railroad <br />tracks. <br />The proposed CUB Store is the impetus for the request. CUB <br />Foods has agreed to pay for the installation of the water main <br />and then turn the facility over for public ownership and <br />maintenance. <br />It is requested that the Little Canada City Council consider <br />this item and direct staff to prepare an agreement for the <br />subsequent approval of each City. <br />Please call if there are any questions or more information is <br />required. <br />Sincerely, <br />f{ / <br />Kenneth G.
